I came to this office last year ( Brandon ) never had any issues with anyone there when I started this year apparently the calls get routed to their west chase location Amy the lady that answers the calls and schedules appointments it’s very rude has no customer service skills not professional at all .. I told her I needed to speak to someone else she even lied and said she was the only person working . All I wanted was to get my pills because it has been over two weeks and they have not sent it to the pharmacy so therefore my treatment cannot continue for 4 days until my next visit. And now I receive a email that I cannot be seen anymore because I disrespected their staff .. This is insane im the patient I get yelled at and I’m being disrespectful .. I was not going to go back anyways I hope someone gets back to me because nobody answers the phone now because I want my money back I went last Thursday and I did not receive my meds for two weeks like I was suppose to. I went t your office on 1/10/22 got that prescription for 2 weeks meaning that on 1/24/22 I’m suppose to receive my other two weeks today is the 25th I called the pharmacy and there is no prescription I cannot go to another visit if I just had one Thursday my visits are every Thursday .. And yes she was very rude she got loud so yes I did tell her she was being disrespectful.
