I have been following Dr. A”s plan for 10 months and have lost 70lbs. I am 60 years old and feel more healthy today than I did at 50. If you are looking to improve your health I highly recommend this program. I am proof it really works.

First time experience having any aesthetic enhancements done to my face and it was great! Dr. Aguila and his clinical aide were very friendly and calming. You can tell Dr. Aguila loves what he does, which is why the outcome—reduced vertical lip lines, plumper lips and cheeks—was so wonderful. I’m very happy I did this for myself.

I honestly could not be more thrilled with any weight loss plan that this one! I have tried them all, believe me. “Dr. A”, fondly called, has written an excellent book describing his personal journey of weight loss and he how has transformed himself and he’s helping others do the same! I have lost 16 pounds the first four weeks and I do not feel denied or like I’m missing out on anything! What a joy to go from a tight 10 to a size 8! The diet is healthy and I love the food. I like that this is a healthy meal plan and no jitters. I love chocolate but have not given it a second thought. I have an “indifference”to all of the unhealthy foods I was eating that made me gain weight. Dr. A, Rita and Crystal and the rest of his staff are top notch and I’m very picky! My blood pressure is perfect now which is a bonus! Thank you Dr A and staff!
